非心臓性胸痛—「胸が痛いです」

Point
◎胸痛を訴えるにもかかわらず，循環器系にその原因となりうる疾患が存在しない病態を非心臓性胸痛（NCCP）と呼ぶ．
◎患者の現病歴や背景だけでは，食道起因性の胸痛と，心臓性胸痛を区別することは困難である．
◎NCCPの原因として多い消化器系疾患は，胃食道逆流症と食道運動障害である．
◎消化器疾患の鑑別には，上部消化管内視鏡検査や24時間食道インピーダンスpHモニタリング検査，食道内圧検査，食道バリウム造影検査などが有用である．
