Point
◎高血圧の診断・治療の指標として，家庭血圧が有用である．
◎海外のエビデンスは，肥満型で冠動脈疾患が多い疾病構造がベースにあるため，日本人にそのエビデンスが当てはまるかについては慎重に考えるべきである．
◎降圧薬の選択も重要であり，その際に「降圧速度」のような新しい情報も有用である．
