日本編　2型糖尿病の治療

Point
◎治療開始時に，まずは個別化した血糖管理目標値を設定する．
◎治療は食事療法，運動療法から開始し，数カ月以内に反応がなければ薬物治療を開始する．
◎基本則として，合併症リスクを低下させるエビデンスの豊富なメトホルミンから開始する．
◎薬物は少量から開始し，適宜最大量まで漸増する．それでも血糖管理目標値に達しない場合に他種1剤を併用する．
◎適応があればインスリン療法も積極的に導入する．
