早期大腸がんの診断・治療について教えてください

Point
◎診断能の進歩により，早期大腸がんの検出ができるようになった．
◎内視鏡下治療の適応は，リンパ節転移の可能性が低く，一括切除可能な大きさと部位にある場合である．
◎手術療法では，原発巣の壁深達度予測に応じてリンパ節郭清範囲を選択する．
◎StageⅢ大腸がんの治癒切除後には，プラチナ製剤併用の術後補助化学療法を6カ月間実施する．
