◎進行大腸がんは，積極的な化学療法と外科手術による集学的治療が重要である．
◎化学療法の進歩に伴い，遠隔転移を有する大腸がんの生存期間中央値は30カ月を超えた．
◎Key drugと分子標的薬の併用療法を理解し，症例に応じたレジメン選択が重要である．
◎治療レジメンの選択や予後予測において，遺伝子検査が必須となっている．
