Point
◎小細胞肺がんは肺がん全体の15％を占める，増殖速度の速い悪性腫瘍である．
◎集学的治療により根治が望める限局型と，より進行し根治困難な進展型に病期分類される．
◎限局型で条件が整えば，予防的全脳照射療法が推奨される．
◎免疫療法のエビデンスは確立しておらず，治療開発が進行中である．
