Point
◎早期乳がんの診断は，視触診，画像検査，病理学的検査などにより行われる．
◎局所治療（手術・放射線療法）を行うほか，全身の微小転移を根絶する目的で，サブタイプごとに適切な周術期薬物療法を行う．
