Point
◎尖圭コンジローマは，粘膜ローリスク型ヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）による性感染症である．
◎子宮頸癌に関与する粘膜ハイリスク型HPVによるBowen様丘疹症との鑑別が必要である．
◎治療には外科的治療と薬物療法があり，症例に応じて適切に選択・組み合わせて治療する．
