Point
◎ABPAは気道内に腐生したA. fumigatusに対する免疫炎症反応により喘息や肺浸潤を生じる疾患である．
◎標準的な治療に抵抗する喘息を含む慢性呼吸器疾患の症例を診た際には，ABPAを考慮する．
◎黄褐色の粘液栓子の喀出や胸部CTにおける中枢性気管支拡張の存在は本症の診断に有用である．
◎治療は全身ステロイドの投与が主体であるが，一部の症例では抗真菌薬の併用が有効である．
◎近年，真菌の関連した重症喘息の一病型としてSAFSという概念も注目されている．
