Point
◎COPDの肺移植適応基準には，1秒量に加え，全身機能や栄養状態も含まれる．
◎肺移植医への紹介は，肺移植適応となる前段階（55歳未満，HOT導入時）が望ましい．
◎日本のCOPDに対する肺移植はほとんどが脳死片肺移植で，その成績は良好である．
