Point
◎重篤病態に合併した急性冠症候群（ACS）は，類似疾患が多く診断が難しい．救命には血行再建が必要な冠動脈疾患がないか，常に鑑別に挙げる．
◎重篤病態でACSの治療を行うに当たっては，抗血栓薬に伴う出血リスク，ステント血栓症リスクを常に念頭に置く必要がある．
