重症病態に合併する腸管虚血の早期発見

Point
◎低心拍出または腸管を栄養する動脈の狭小化により，「すでに腸管への酸素供給量が必要最低限であった」患者が重症化したときに，非閉塞性の腸管虚血が起こる．
◎リスクは透析患者，心臓血管外科術後，不整脈，慢性心不全，血管作動薬使用，ジギタリス内服などである．
◎リスクがある患者で，原因の説明できない乳酸値上昇や代謝性アシドーシスが生じた場合は腸管虚血を疑う．
