Point
◎原因不明の意識障害，呼吸不全，ショック，肝・腎機能障害，アシドーシスを呈している場合には薬物中毒も考慮する．
◎薬物中毒を疑った場合，トキシドロームを同定し原因物質の推測をする．
◎薬物中毒に対する基本的な対応や特異的治療薬を知っておく．
