Point
◎輸液反応性の指標としての中心静脈圧（CVP）は信頼性が低く，動的指標を用いるべきである．
◎至適な左室前負荷を得るためには，背景疾患を考慮した左室拡張終末期圧（LVEDP）の目標設定が必要である．
◎Swan-Ganzカテーテル^®の適応は慎重に検討する必要があるが，依然として血行動態の把握において有用である．
◎近年ではより非侵襲的なモニタリングツールが開発されており，その使用頻度が高まっている．
