Point
◎重症患者の輸液管理は，体液動態の4つのフェーズを踏まえ慎重に行う．
◎輸液反応性を指標とした適切な輸液量を判断する．
◎クリティカル・ケアで用いられる輸液は，リンゲル液（バランス電解質液）が主流となってきている．
◎クリティカル・ケアでのアルブミン製剤・輸血の使用は，個々の患者の状態により限定的に使用すべきである．
