Point
◎急性呼吸窮迫症候群（ARDS）の治療は，原疾患の治療と肺保護管理である．
◎肺傷害の原因は人工呼吸器関連肺傷害（VALI）や高濃度酸素，非同調などが挙げられる．
◎VALIを回避するために，至適PEEPやlow tidal ventilation管理を徹底する．
◎ARDSの人工呼吸器管理中の合併症を知っておく必要がある．
