Point
◎Post intensive care syndrome（PICS）は，運動機能，認知機能，精神に障害が起こり，数カ月〜数年単位で持続する．
◎精神障害は患者家族にも生じる（PICS-F）．
◎予防には“ABCDEFGHアプローチ”を用いる．
◎PICSを予防するためには多職種による関わりが必須である．
