Point
◎患者家族にとって死別は1回きりという認識のズレを，まずは医療者側が認識する必要がある．
◎デブリーフィングで振り返ることは家族にもスタッフにも有効である．
◎自分の価値観ではなく，患者や家族の価値観や意思決定によって対応を変化させる柔軟さが必要である．
