Point
◎肺血栓塞栓症の原因として，下肢の深部静脈血栓症（DVT）がその大部分を占める．
◎下肢DVTの検索には超音波が非常に有用である．
◎2点圧迫法による下肢DVTの検索は簡便かつ容易であるため，内科医の習得が望まれる．
