◎末期心不全では，緩和ケアの観点から患者へアプローチし，適切に薬剤を使用する必要がある．
◎心不全そのものに対する治療と緩和的治療のバランスを意識する．
◎終末期の苦痛に対しては，鎮静薬の投与が必要な場合もある．
