症例
78歳男性．慢性心房細動でリバーロキサバン内服中．
1カ月前に急性心筋梗塞で近くの救急病院に入院し，左前下行枝に薬剤溶出性ステントを留置し，DAPT（アスピリン，クロピドグレル）が開始となった．退院後に，かかりつけ医であるあなたの外来に紹介となった．
