急性心膜炎の鑑別疾患を教えてください．
急性心膜炎の鑑別
　急性心膜炎は，成人に発症した胸痛の鑑別疾患として一般的な疾患である．救急外来を訪れる胸痛患者のうち，心筋梗塞を除くと5％の頻度でみられる^1）．表1に，急性胸痛を呈する急性心膜炎の鑑別疾患を列記する^2）．
　急性心膜炎の特徴として，以下の4つの所見が特徴的である．
