血圧治療の目標設定はどうすればよいですか？
高血圧の定義
　現在，高血圧ガイドラインは複数あり，しかも各々で目標は異なるうえに，症例に応じても変わってくるため，非常に悩ましい．
　直近の新しいガイドラインに，『米国心臓病学会（ACC）/米国心臓協会（AHA）ガイドライン』（表1）がある^1）．今まで，高血圧の定義は「140/90mmHg以上」と定義されていたが，このガイドラインでは，「130/80mmHg以上」に引き下げられた．
