Q 高アンモニア血症は，どの段階から治療を考慮すべきでしょうか？
A 高アンモニア血症を認めた段階で，その原因の鑑別診断が必要です．鑑別診断を踏まえて，意識障害などの臨床症状の発現・悪化を防ぐための薬物療法を含めた，原因疾患の早期治療を考慮すべきです．
