Q ビグアナイド薬は2型糖尿病の第一選択薬の1つと言われていますが，投与に際して注意すべき症例はありますか？
A ビグアナイド薬は，非肥満・高齢者を含め多くの症例で適応となりますが，副作用である乳酸アシドーシスをきたしやすい推定糸球体濾過量（eGFR）30mL/分/1.73m²未満の症例では，投与禁忌です．普通に歩いて受診される全身状態の良い症例の治療薬です．
