Point
◎発熱＋腹痛の患者では，緊急を要する疾患の可能性が存在する．
◎病歴と問診から，想定される感染症を明らかにする．
◎急性腹症の場合は画像検査が必要となることが多い．
◎初期抗菌薬の選択もさることながら，外科的・内科的手技の必要性を早急に判断することが必要である．
