Point
◎発熱を伴う皮疹は，時に致死的となる疾患を含むため迅速な対応を要する．
◎初期対応では見逃してはならない鑑別診断を挙げ，最低限の検査を行いつつ，一刻も早く治療を開始する．
◎詳細な病歴聴取と身体診察が重要であり，初期治療後も繰り返し行うことが大切である．
