Point
◎呼吸困難の鑑別診断はさまざまあるが，特に感染症の場合は予後不良な疾患群がある．
◎重症例では気道や呼吸循環の状態評価，胸部身体所見の評価，初期検査を迅速に行う．
◎肺や胸腔の感染症とは限らず，気道や心臓の感染症，敗血症も鑑別診断に挙げる．
