Point
◎そもそも心不全患者へ輸液が必要であるか検討する．
◎体液量の増加は腎灌流や腎機能が改善するとは限らず，逆に悪化することもある．
◎トルバプタンは低Na血症を伴う心不全において良い選択肢になる．
◎限外濾過やトルバプタンなどの選択肢も積極的に検討する．
