ネフローゼ症候群に対して「アルブミン＋フロセミド」は有効か？

　ネフローゼ症候群に対する「アルブミン+フロセミド」は難治性浮腫に対するいわば，切り札として古くから慣習的に使用されてきた．この切り札によって尿量増加が得られ，回復に向かう症例も経験する．一方，いわゆるエビデンスの欠如を指摘する意見もある．
　以下，ネフローゼ症候群に対する「アルブミン+フロセミド」使用に対して，賛成（Pros）・反対（Cons）の立場でエキスパートに論じていただいた．［長浜正彦］
