◎がん化学療法（免疫抑制療法）前に，B型肝炎ウイルス（HBV）再活性化のリスク評価を行う．
◎ガイドラインに従い，リスクに応じたHBV再活性化対策を講じる．
◎血液疾患治療後のフォローアップ中の肝障害の鑑別診断にHBV再活性化を含める．
