Point
◎消化管原発の悪性リンパ腫は，びまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫を除いて疾患ごとに好発臓器が存在する．
◎リンパ腫の組織型によっては年単位できわめて緩徐に進行するリンパ腫から，日ごとに増悪していくきわめて緊急性の高いリンパ腫まであり，多様性に富む．
