Point
◎肺炎の身体診察では，詳細な問診を踏まえて全身に目を配ることが重要である．
◎胸部聴診では吸気から呼気までしっかりと聴いて，左右差も意識する．
◎聴診で吸気のどの時期に副雑音のアクセントがあるかを区別して鑑別を進めていくと，診断に大きく近づく．
