Point
◎貧血の有無の判断にはconjunctival rim pallorとbulbar conjunctival blood columnを評価するのが有用である．
◎鉄欠乏性貧血では青色強膜に注目する．
◎急性の消化管出血の確認には簡易チルト試験を施行するが，高齢者ではそれのみでは判断できないことが多い．
◎巨赤芽球性貧血を疑うときには神経所見を追加で確認する．
