脊椎関節炎の原因は？

Point
◎脊椎関節炎は問診と身体所見で鑑別を絞り込むことが可能である．
◎鑑別のために炎症性背部痛のエピソードや，皮膚病変などの関節外病変を細かく確認する．
◎関節の身体所見としては可動域制限や付着部炎，指趾炎の評価が重要である．
◎ASAS分類基準をもとに脊椎関節炎を診断するが，脊椎カリエスなど他疾患との鑑別に注意する．
