Point
◎腫瘍熱の診断には感染症やアレルギーの否定が必要である．
◎感染症の否定は，感染症に対する諸検査の結果や抗菌薬加療の結果を確認しなければならない．
◎発熱初診時から腫瘍熱と判断することは困難な場合が多い．
◎ナプロキサンテストやプロカルシトニンが腫瘍熱診断の一助になる可能性がある．
