Point
◎骨髄異形成症候群（MDS）や白血病が見つかったからといって，それが不明熱の熱源とは限らない．
◎MDSの4つの顔を知っておく．〜無効造血，白血病化，自己免疫性疾患の合併，「かたまり」になれる〜
◎trisomy8陽性MDSは，腸管Behçet様の多発潰瘍を合併し，穿孔する症例がある．
◎MDSや白血病は塊を形成し，潰瘍化することがある．
