◎発熱＋CRP陰性のときも，5段階の思考ロジックを駆使して診断に迫ろう！
◎常に病歴が診断の直接的なヒントとなる．必要であれば社会歴にも深く迫ろう！
◎発熱と高体温は，厳密に言うと機序が異なり，心因性発熱は「発熱」である．
