Point
◎一般的な検査で原因の見つからない不明熱では，無汗症の可能性がないか検討する．
◎温熱環境下での症状増悪や，熱中症，コリン性じんま疹などの症状は特徴的であり，クローズな問診により疑いを強める．
◎二次性無汗症，特に薬剤性無汗症について十分検討する．
