Point
◎ポリファーマシーがもたらす問題として，薬物相互作用，服薬アドヒアランス，薬物有害事象，心理的・社会的な問題を挙げることができる．
◎薬物相互作用リスクの増加や服薬アドヒアランス低下はポリファーマシーと強い関連性があるように思えるが，こうした問題が患者予後にどれだけ影響を与えうるかは，薬剤ごと，患者ごとに個別に評価していく必要がある．
◎薬物有害事象は，必ずしも薬剤だけによってもたらされているわけではないということに留意する．
◎想定される有害事象にどんな要因がどの程度寄与しているのか，広い視野で評価が必要である．
