Point
◎ステロイドをなるべく早く減量・中止することが，副作用予防にもポリファーマシー対策にも重要である．
◎ステロイド内服患者では骨粗鬆症予防に生活習慣改善とビタミンD・カルシウムの補充が必須であり，リスクのある患者はビスホスホネート製剤をはじめとした骨粗鬆症予防薬も継続すべきである．
◎ステロイド単剤使用時は消化管潰瘍予防のプロトンポンプ阻害薬は不要である．
◎中〜低用量ステロイド使用時のニューモシスチス肺炎予防薬については十分なデータがなく判断が難しい．
