Point
◎深部静脈血栓症と肺血栓塞栓症は静脈血栓症と総称され，一連の病態として治療される．
◎静脈血栓症に対する抗血栓療法は，主に抗凝固療法と血栓溶解療法から成る．
◎抗凝固療法は治療の基本であり，出血などの禁忌事項がない限り行われる．
◎血栓溶解療法は，出血性合併症の発生に注意しつつ，より重症度の高い病態に限定して行われる．
