Point
◎循環器疾患における抗血小板療法は，血栓塞栓症の一次および二次予防に重要である．
◎経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）後の抗血小板薬2剤併用療法（DAPT）は標準的後療法である．
◎有効性の高い抗血小板薬は，その反面，出血性合併症が懸念される．
◎有効性，安全性のバランスがとれた抗血小板薬の選択と，その投与量，投与期間などに関して再考する必要がある．
