Point
◎妊娠中の抗凝固療法には，未分画ヘパリン（UFH）を用いる．
◎妊娠前からワルファリンが投与されている場合は，機械弁置換患者やUFHで調節困難な場合を除いて，妊娠と判明したら速やかにUFHに切り替える．
◎ワルファリンやUFHを使用している女性が授乳を希望した場合，これらの薬剤は継続を勧める．
