非心臓手術の周術期対応

Point
◎冠動脈ステント留置後の患者に非心臓手術が必要となったとき，なるべく1剤は抗血小板薬を継続することが望ましい．また，中止が必要な場合は5日以内の休薬が望ましい．
◎抗凝固薬の中断が必要な場合，ヘパリンブリッジの効果・安全性については否定的なエビデンスが出てきている．
