無症状のcoved type ST上昇はどのように対応すべきか？

Point
◎1992年にBrugada症候群が報告されて以降，本症候群が周知されるとともにその患者数は増えている．昨今では患者の様相も変化しており，無症候でBrugada症候群と診断されるケースが増えてきている．
◎自然発生typeⅠ心電図と有症候Brugada症候群以外のリスク指標は文献によって結果が必ずしも一致せず，いまだ議論の余地が残っている．
◎心室プログラム刺激によるリスク層別に対して否定的な大規模レジストリーも多いが，それらを集めたメタ解析では有効であることが報告されている．
◎無症候Brugada症候群において，心室プログラム刺激の陰性的中率は非常に高く，陰性であればその患者はリスクが低いといえる．心室プログラム刺激陽性においては，その他の項目も加味してリスク評価する．
