症例呈示
高血圧，2型糖尿病，心房細動，慢性腎臓病などで近医へ通院中の70代女性．
●約2週間前から下肢のむくみや労作時呼吸困難を自覚していた．
●深夜から急激に呼吸困難が増悪したため当院へ救急搬送された．
