65歳男性．外来は今回が初診であり，数カ月から徐々に下腿浮腫と腹部膨満が進行し，「お腹が張って苦しい」「食欲もでない」との訴えにて来院した．
●ADLは問題なし，独居．
●既往歴：病院受診なし，健診受診歴なし．
