症例呈示
前立腺肥大症の既往のある80歳男性．
●感冒のため来院前日から近医で鎮咳薬（リン酸コデイン^®）を処方された．
●来院8時間前から自尿がなく下腹部痛で救急外来受診．
●腹部超音波検査（以下，エコー）では膀胱拡張と両側水腎を認めた．尿道カテーテルを留置して1時間で1,500mLの排尿を認めた．
