症例呈示
突然の左側腹部痛で動けなくなり，救急要請した66歳男性．
●痛みで悶えている．冷汗が見られ，発熱はないが顔面蒼白．血圧75/40mmHg，脈拍110回/分．
●生活歴・既往歴：ヘビースモーカー．頻回の尿路結石症で救急受診歴あり．高血圧症，腹部大動脈瘤．
●ADL：自立している．
